Pastel wall art has taken on a section of followers that have make an art form of using these pastel sticks. There are artists who might shy away from using pastels, after all... the artists might want allot of detail in their art works, and when faced with a rather cumbersome shaped form of color. You have to wonder how an earth you are going to get allot of detail out of this stick like form of pastel, where it can only be layered, not mixed. We are going to have a look at the different mediums of the pastel and work out why we should use it in our art.
